Responsibilities
Work directly to accelerate sales performance of car rental branches, using data, analysis and diagnostics to drive real improvements in results.
Design, test and evolve the sales journey, not only from a process perspective but with a focus on commercial effectiveness, conversion and revenue generation.
Critically analyze sales KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, opportunities and performance deviations, and convert analyses into practical actions that impact targets and revenue.
Challenge the commercial team and leadership, questioning current models and suggesting strategic adjustments, campaigns and approaches based on data and field insights.
Actively contribute to the evolution of sales campaigns, proposing tests, pilots and continuous improvements with a business-oriented mindset and a willingness to take calculated risks.
Stay close to the shop floor by visiting branches to diagnose issues, validate hypotheses, test solutions and monitor results.
Create training and guidance materials (training sessions, SOPs, instructions) without over-constraining operations, ensuring standardization focused on performance — not bureaucracy.
Serve as a link between data, process and results, with a hands-on, proactive mindset and a strong orientation toward impact.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed.
Hands-on experience in sales or commercial areas, working closely with field teams, targets and performance metrics.
Strong business-focused analytical skills — using data as a tool for decision-making and action, not just for reporting.
Experience in commercial performance analysis, including KPIs, funnel, conversion and profitability.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Intermediate Power BI skills.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience designing and improving processes, preferably in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean and PDCA methodologies.
Proactive, questioning and growth-oriented profile, with the energy to drive change and accelerate results.
