Responsibilities
Lead the mapping, redesign and standardization of critical banking and technology processes, focusing on efficiency, control and scalability;
Identify and propose improvements to operational, digital and customer service processes to achieve scale and efficiency;
Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs, providing analyses and action plans for continuous improvement and risk mitigation;
Act in a consultative capacity with business, technology, risk and compliance areas to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices and to implement robust, sustainable processes;
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and prepare technical documentation focused on standardization and reusability;
Measure, track and report performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs, and promote continuous improvement plans;
Support process governance, internal controls and compliance with Central Bank regulations and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
Foster a culture of agile, data-driven processes within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Quality Management, Economics or related fields.
Proven experience in process mapping, modeling and analysis (AS-IS / TO-BE);
Experience working in agile environments and multidisciplinary squads, with expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and tools (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma);
Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Bizagi, ARIS, Visio or similar;
Analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions;
Experience with performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs and process performance management;
Knowledge of process automation (RPA) and digital transformation;
Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects;
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for data analysis preferred;
Experience with process governance, compliance and internal controls (ITIL, COBIT, ISO) is desirable;
Strong stakeholder management skills, technical leadership of initiatives and support for corporate governance.
