Responsibilities
Analyze business processes in Sales, Marketing, and Service
Translate customer requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions
Design system architectures, data models, and security concepts
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or marketing automation tools
Responsible for technical implementation, solution design, and quality assurance
Provide functional/technical leadership in projects
Act as a sparring partner for Product Owners and technical teams
Responsible for effort estimations, concept approvals, and technical roadmaps
Train customer teams and administrators
Create concepts, documentation, and best-practice guides
Support pre-sales activities (pitches, proposal concepts, presentations)
Requirements
Degree in (business) computer science, IT, business administration, or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or Solution Architect
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud is a plus
Experience with integrations, complex data structures, and automations (Flows; basic understanding of Apex is an advantage)
Confident presence in workshops and client meetings
Enjoy customer interaction and solution-oriented consulting, and have a strong team spirit
Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and understandably
Passion for new, innovative methods and technologies
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder
Fluent in German; strong written and spoken English
