Requirements
Relevant professional service experience, with a global management consultancy firm, or niche consultancy
Around 6-9 years of prior experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Organizational Governance
Experience of leading org. design engagements in functional domains – supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing
Proven track record in managing and analysing large datasets and using analytics in project execution
Deep expertise in working with clients on digital assets in org. design
Bachelor's degree required in a related field of business, human resources, psychology
Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable with average of three (3) days per week at client site or within an EY office
