Responsibilities
- Analyze companies' human resources policies and develop operational recommendations
- Participate in meetings with elected representatives and management
- Provide support and advisory services to employee representatives in high‑stakes projects (reorganizations, collective redundancy plans (PSE), mergers) or during the negotiation of agreements (workforce planning/GPEC, gender equality, employee savings plans, etc.)
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or from a business school
- At least 2 years' experience in-house or in a consultancy, in roles such as HR analyst, social management controller, HR officer, or HR consultant
- Solid expertise in industrial relations and comfortable analyzing issues and supporting social dialogue with employee representative bodies (IRP/CSE)
- Proven experience leading HR projects and working in an advisory capacity
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency with IT tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint
- Autonomous and rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Attuned to social and societal issues
