Responsibilities
- Supports the design and execution of the account strategy working closely with leadership of the line of business and other key delivery team members.

- Gain an understanding of the customer’s business and technology requirements, documenting those requirements, and creating compelling business solution(s).
- Participate in industry related webinars, events and stay informed on trends and challenges.
- Consults with the customer with a high degree of Industry/Domain/Technology expertise.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Requires 5+ years demonstrated success acting as a SME within the Industry
- Experience in supporting consultative solutions, selling to a variety of functional areas and lines of business within large complex accounts (hunting and farming) directly and through partners.
- Experience working within a team selling environment, ability to gain alignment and support from multiple cross-functional areas.
- Must have excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be experienced in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
- Strong project management skills.
- Relevant industry and solution certifications.
