Responsibilities
- Administer user rights and access levels in the organization's business management systems (ERP)
- Ensure the accuracy of system configurations and compliance with business processes
- Develop detailed use cases, User stories, wireframes, and other specifications to be used during implementation, testing, and maintenance of a feature
- Support planning and execution of ERP-related initiatives and feature releases
- Work closely with finance and operations teams during testing and implementation
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal standards
- Monitor system performance and proactively suggest improvements
- Participate in scope planning, backlog estimation and slicing
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Solid understanding of ERP workflows, process design, and data structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality
- **NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS:**
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and AI
- Background in finance, accounting, or business process optimization
- Experience in ERP implementation or migration project
