Requirements
- 5+ years in operations and program/project management
- Strategic mindset with high execution and ownership
- Technical understanding of product lifecycles/release cycles
- Experience in large-scale change within matrixed organizations, tech environments being a plus
- Change management experience (preferred)
- Workforce management and co-employment persona experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience with AI tools and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to work onsite approximately 1-2 days per week
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
