About the role

  • Program Manager leading brand strategy for Nordstrom's Private Label Division. Managing marketing campaigns, sample coordination, and enterprise collaborations within the Brand Design & Packaging Team.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure flawless delivery
  • Collaborate with enterprise marketing teams
  • Manage the end-to-end ordering and sample delivery process
  • Lead and develop the sample coordination team
  • Conduct periodic marketplace analysis by synthesizing internal and external research into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, merchandising or related field
  • A passion for brand development and articulating a clear brand story to customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Powerpoint and Excel.
