- Collaborate with ELT and junior staff across all functions on related Company goals.
- Build theses and target pipeline with ELT; maintain deal cadence and reporting.
- Own M&A stage gate process, due diligence orchestration, and executive decision points.
- Stand up an Enterprise PMO for cross-company programs, including Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) (pricing/CPQ/Rev Cloud, ERP/CRM handoffs).
- Manage the Board preparation and follow up materials across the ELT; ensure concise, decision-oriented content.
