Responsibilities
Overall coordination of the content and tasks of the Head of Marketing, Sales & Customer Services for internal meetings as well as customer appointments and events
Independent coordination, management and follow-up of tasks and topics within the Executive Management area, as well as cross-departmentally
Independent conceptual development of content for internal departmental and cross-departmental projects
Independent planning and coordination of the operating expenses budget for the DB/M Executive Management
Travel to represent the division at trade fairs and conferences
Performing tasks in an international context, partly in English
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in Sales and/or Customer Services & Parts and/or Marketing
Very good MS Office skills
Confident presence, initiative, flexibility, resilience, quick comprehension, strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
Languages: Fluent in English and German (business/professional proficiency)
