Responsibilities
- Transform data into strategic insights for efficiency and decision-making across organizations
- Develop and implement Data Analytics solutions and automated workflows
- Design and deploy complex Power BI Reports and Dashboards
- Navigate systems to extract data into visualization tools
- Lead entire lifecycle of analytical projects from problem definition to presenting insights
- Support and mentor Associate Program analysts
- Enhance existing methods and processes to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science required
- 3-5 years of experience is required
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Power BI and Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Sound knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Automate
- Knowledge of Database Management, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Familiarity with DAX programming language
- Knowledge of Data preparation, data analysis, and data warehousing projects
- Must hold a valid motor vehicle operator’s license
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst or equivalent certification highly desired.
- Project Management certification (PMP) is highly desirable
