Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales and qualify incoming customer inquiries

Independently build a client portfolio
On-site appointments within approximately a 40 km radius around Munich
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Cross-selling and upselling
Close collaboration with the management team
Work in a KPI-driven way (conversion rates, closing rates, pipeline, etc.)
Requirements
Sales experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering
You understand the difference between sending a proposal and closing the deal
Structured working approach and a KPI-driven mindset
Strong communicator — reliable and persuasive
Valid Class B driver's license
