Requirements
- Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport industry or consulting environment
- Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Enjoyment in working with people and direct contact with applicants
- Self-motivation, creativity, and a structured, independent way of working
- Very good German skills, both written and spoken
