Responsibilities
Proactively qualifying inbound and outbound leads, tailoring your approach to customer needs
Managing a pipeline of opportunities across multiple stages with discipline and focus
Driving new business through consultative selling and industry knowledge
Collaborating in daily team meetings and internal catch-ups to share insights, strategies, and support
Keeping accurate CRM records and providing feedback that helps us continuously improve
Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing role where you’ve built relationships, understood needs, and guided people toward the right solutions
Proactive, empathetic, and resilient — comfortable owning your outcomes while thriving in a supportive team environment
Positive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to handle challenges with confidence
Bonus points if you bring:
Experience in SaaS, tech, or the construction industry
Familiarity with CRMs (we use Salesforce)
A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to stay composed and constructive when facing objections
