About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on project support for the Marketing Services Packaging team
- Work closely with Project Managers to assist with the execution of packaging commercialization activities
- Support the successful delivery of projects from initiation through production
- Complete assigned project tasks, maintain accurate documentation, track timelines and deliverables
- Support day-to-day project coordination needs
- Help ensure information is organized, milestones are monitored, and updates are communicated effectively to project stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing project coordination
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic fluid everchanging environment
- Superb time management, multitasking and active listening skills
- Strong sense of ownership with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline management
- Strong team player able to execute the established process
- Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in working with large data sources and pulling information
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and delivery of best practices
- Ability to organize within assigned projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
