Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute agreed HR development activities with a structured and efficient approach together with local HR, business and group stakeholders.
Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives as well as compliance with local labor legislation and Group HR frameworks.
Support the evolution of talent management, learning & development, and performance management systems.
Facilitate change communication and act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees in development-related matters.
Requirements
5+ years in HR Development, HR Business Partnering, or a similar HR role.
Proven experience in independently leading HR development and transformation projects.
Experience working in matrix organizations and in environments undergoing change. Experience from b2b service business with multiple sites across the country is a big advantage.
Fluency in English and Finnish.
