Program Manager in the Customer Success Team managing activities with key clients at envelio. Creating sustainable relationships and coordinating projects with stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for our customers and serve as the interface between them and internal stakeholders in management as well as the Customer Success, Engineering, Product and Sales teams.
You coordinate activities across multiple projects with key customers, including planning and prioritizing the required project resources at envelio.
You support and evaluate the long-term strategic direction of our collaboration with key customers.
You report on activities and progress within envelio.
Through regular dialogue with various stakeholders, you identify and document the main challenges and improvement opportunities in technical and economic processes.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a comparable field.
You already have professional experience in independent project management with direct customer contact and are passionate about building and maintaining lasting customer relationships.
Ideally, you have experience in technical consulting, Customer Success Management, Key Account Management or related fields in a B2B context.
You communicate persuasively and on equal terms with various stakeholders at our customers as well as with colleagues, building a high level of trust.
You are fluent in English and German.
