Responsibilities
- Designing and producing online courses for real estate agents and managers
- Creating course materials and selecting appropriate methods for learning pathways
- Contributing to the design, production, maintenance, and evaluation of e-learning programs
- Advising and supporting the DACH region, Italy, and Iberia in implementing e-learning content
- Acting as the central point of contact for e-learning topics, managing internal projects, and coordinating alignment with specialist departments
- Collecting systematic feedback, analyzing results, and assessing the effectiveness of online courses
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or Media Studies
- Some practical experience in a comparable role
- Experience designing and using e-learning with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and Storyline
- Quick learner with enthusiasm for technical systems, digital topics, and software
- Ability to work independently in an organized and structured manner
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
