Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline and activity targets.

Measure and improve conversion rates across the entire SDR funnel.
Own outbound strategy, messaging, cadences, and targeting.

Build high-quality pipeline for Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs.
Develop scalable workflows for inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.
Build dashboards and reporting for SDR productivity, activity levels, and pipeline health.
Continuously refine scripts, outreach frameworks, and objection handling.
