About the role

  • Portfolio Enablement Analyst leading operational intake and readiness for Kimberly-Clark's technology portfolio. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflows and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational intake and readiness process for new demand
  • Guide business cases through review and governance preparation
  • Facilitate supplier onboarding and PO setup
  • Maintain and optimize intake workflows, templates, and documentation
  • Embed execution support into portfolio planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in demand management, intake management, portfolio operations, or process-driven roles
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end demand intake processes
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Portfolio Managers, Chiefs of Staff, and Leadership teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
