About the role

  • Analista de Atendimento de Benefícios providing support to insurance brokers in Brazil. Ensuring quick access to necessary information for effective client solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Broker support: assist insurance brokers with questions about products, processes, and the insurer/operator's systems.
  • Intermediation: ensure brokers have quick access to the information needed to serve their clients.
  • Problem resolution: handle requests or outstanding issues related to commercial proposals.
  • Guidance: support brokers with information about new products, underwriting rules, and sales campaigns.
  • Relationship management: maintain regular contact to strengthen the partnership between Acrisure and partner brokers.

Requirements

  • Higher education (in progress or completed)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with insurance brokers
  • Experience in retail brokerage operations
  • Good knowledge of health and dental products
