Responsibilities
Define and execute the end user services strategy
Establish global service standards, operating models, KPIs, and SLAs
Ensure services meet experience, availability, performance, and compliance expectations
Own end to end service delivery for end user infrastructure services
Lead operational reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Ensure operational readiness for platform upgrades
Oversee services supporting end user computing and workplace technologies
Partner with engineering and EUX teams for smooth lifecycle management
Drive improvements in employee experience through service analytics and automation
Lead strategic relationships with managed service providers
Communicate service health, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
10+ years in IT Infrastructure / End User Services leadership
Proven experience managing global environments
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
Microsoft Contracting experience
Exchange Microsoft 365 / O365 administration expertise
Experience with Citrix / VDI solutions
Networking knowledge
Experience supporting desktop services, Jamf, and workplace technologies
Experience with mergers & acquisitions
Ability to lead contractual negotiations with Microsoft for large-scale licensing
Azure cloud experience (preferred)
Experience with Document Management tools (preferred)
