Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10–15+ years of sales leadership with a strong track record of winning large, complex, multimillion‑dollar capital projects.
- Industry exposure across Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Life Sciences, Metals & Mining, and Sustainability/Decarbonization.
- Strong grasp of project execution and EPC practices, including project management and engineering.
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing people across a matrixed organization.
- High‑energy, credible communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally extensively.
