Responsibilities
CRM, email & WhatsApp marketing: planning, execution & optimization of campaigns and automations (Klaviyo, ChatArmin)
Development of targeted customer journeys for customers & partners
Segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis and more, with a focus on retention & reactivation
Collaboration & coordination
Close alignment with marketing, design, product & copywriting
Briefings & sparring for content, landing pages and lead campaigns
Management of CRM processes using HubSpot, Typeform and Gorgias
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (DTC or health sector a plus)
Very good knowledge of Klaviyo – initial experience with ChatArmin or WhatsApp marketing desirable
You think in funnels, love automation and find pragmatic solutions
Good balance of analytical thinking and creative intuition
Self-driven, hands-on and proactive – you don’t wait to be assigned tasks
Fluent German (C1) & good English
Bonus: copywriting skills or experience/interest in health topics
