About the role

• Senior Design Manager elevating Embat's visual narrative in the fintech sector. Leading brand strategy and executing digital craftsmanship within a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Embat’s brand identity, evolving the Brandbook and ensuring visual consistency across every touchpoint.
• Lead web design with a performance mindset — crafting journeys that convert CFOs, not just beautiful layouts.
• Produce high-impact multi-format content: video, photography, campaign visuals, and 3D assets that differentiate our brand.
• Use Figma as your core tool, supported by the Adobe Suite for high-fidelity production.
• Supervise and mentor external collaborators and internal contributors, protecting the “Embat Way” of design.
• Structure and optimize the design team’s workspace as a Notion expert, improving documentation and asset management.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate creative production.
• Continuously improve design processes, raising the quality bar while increasing efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to translate business goals into visual impact.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS environments, ideally scaling brands in high-growth tech companies (fintech is a strong plus).
• Proven track record building or evolving strong visual brands.
• Advanced mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong capabilities in video editing (After Effects or equivalent).
• Experience with 3D design tools (Spline, Blender, or similar).
• Web-first design mindset with a focus on conversion and user journeys.
• Experience managing brand systems at scale.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
• Business-oriented: you understand that great design drives growth.
• Hands-on executor: strategic thinker who is not afraid to open Premiere or Photoshop and deliver today.
• Process-obsessed: constantly improving workflows and efficiency.
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments.
• High standards, ownership mentality, and attention to detail.
