Requirements
- Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Management or lead experience strongly preferred
- IT Service Management ticketing system experience strongly preferred
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
