- Demonstrable experience of delivering Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analysis
- Ability to design and implement change strategies, plans and communications
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in advising clients, shaping recommendations and presenting insights
- Experience working with structured and agile methodologies
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into meaningful client-focused change actions
- Strong facilitation skills, leading workshops and engagement sessions with minimal support
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contribute to solution shaping
- Strong written communication skills — able to produce clear, high-quality deliverables
