About the role

• Project Manager overseeing video production workflow at Brazil's largest Out of Home media company. Managing demands, suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Oversee the workflow and the pipeline of video production requests, ensuring all submissions are prioritized and assigned correctly;
• Demand Management: Act as the central point for receiving, analyzing, and triaging new post-sales video requests;
• Vendor Management (Production Companies): Prepare and deliver clear, detailed briefs to partner production companies, ensuring they have all necessary information for execution;
• Communication and Interface: Serve as the contact point with production companies, monitor schedules, answer questions, and ensure deadlines are met;
• Administrative/Financial Control: Organize and manage the flow of invoices, purchase orders, and payments related to vendors and video projects;
• Proactivity and Improvement: Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and propose fast, effective solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, workflow/task-flow management, or in account/operations/production roles;
• Technical qualification: technical education and/or a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields;
• Exceptional organization: ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail;
• Clear and concise communication: ability to communicate effectively with different areas (internal teams and external vendors);
• Proactivity and autonomy: ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them;
• Familiarity with basic administrative routines (e.g., invoice control).
