About the role
- Registration Project Coordinator managing customer projects at Element Fleet Management. Initiating, planning, and executing projects to meet service levels and customer expectations in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Use a variety of skills to initiate, design, plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects.
- Work with the client and various internal departments, to identify, analyze and implement title management projects.
- Create project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with manager, clients and team members to set expectations, objectives and convey information regarding deliverables.
- Monitor status of Projects to execute bulk request and while ensuring consistent delivery of value to the client by dividing the project in smaller units that can be managed.
- Assign prioritized work for the day ensuring completion of Projects and focusing on those approaching their due dates.
- Use established KPIs to assess Project success while creating continuous opportunities for improvement in the Team.
- Function as a SME for processors and internal stakeholders, such as FPS and Commercial
- Manage incoming project requests timely and accurately
- Identify and resolve errors prior to submission of a project.
- Create reports to update our clients on current project status
- Continue to develop SOPs for all the transaction types we handle
- Distribute daily service cloud cases we receive to ensure they are addressed within the SLAs.
Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience managing registration processes
- Intermediate Excel/ Smartsheet experience
- Collaboration skills
