Responsibilities
Daily communication with our customers in the DACH region.
Handle inquiries, coordinate requests and support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in day-to-day operations.
Support internal coordination of new customer projects — from kick-off to implementation.
Ensure customer data in the ERP system is up to date and track projects and orders.
Prepare professional presentations and in-depth analyses to support annual reviews and strategic meetings.
Confident use of available reports to analyze sales trends and product assortments — providing targeted support to management decision-making.
Coordinate the handling of customer complaints and inquiries in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
Support the administration of contracts, bonus agreements and their billing.
Requirements
Degree in business administration or completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in inside sales, ideally in DIY retail, builders’ merchants or with technical products
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
Strong analytical skills; basic accounting knowledge is a plus
Highly reliable, responsible, and able to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner — even under time pressure
Team player with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Good written and spoken English
