Recruitment Manager at Egon Zehnder supporting executive search and talent acquisition in North America. Engaging stakeholders and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across various industries as well as administrative roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies and candidate profiles.
Coordinate outreach to candidates, interview scheduling, and collection of feedback.
Prepare client-facing deliverables such as status reports, candidate summaries, and presentations.
Implement and maintain accurate records and reports using internal systems.
Support continuous-improvement initiatives in recruitment operations and tools.
Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience in line with Egon Zehnder's values.
Collaborate with global offices to support cross-border search mandates.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search, corporate recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience in a global, matrixed organization is an asset.

3–5 years of experience in executive search, corporate recruiting, or talent acquisition.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
