Requirements
Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with Planview or similar (Clarity, SPM, EPPM, etc.) with focus on demand planning, resource allocation, cost center management, and data hygiene.
Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
Proven track record of collaboration, with experience working well across diverse teams and with external partners.
Curiosity about markets, competition, and strategy, including how companies build durable competitive advantages.
Excellent storytelling and executive influence skills (written memos / slide presentations / verbal communications), with the ability to synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
