Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and delivery of a large and diverse learning programme
Oversee around 700 courses for 12,000 learners each year
Manage a skilled team of training consultants and administrators
Work closely with operational services, commissioners, providers and health partners
Ensure training is high-quality, compliant, innovative and future-focused
Shape learning across key areas including Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, and Care Act
Requirements
A Level 6 qualification in Social Care and Health related professions
Experience in working in Adult Social Care and Health, learning, development, and strategy delivery
Proven leadership, budget management and partnership working skills
Communication, influencing and analytical abilities
