About the role
- Trainer for AI, Automation, and Microsoft365 at E.ON Digital Technology. Leading interactive workshops and developing training programs for colleagues across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person trainings, interactive workshops, virtual webinars, and train-the-trainer programs
- Work closely with our Upskilling Areas to develop training content, demos, and exercises
- Design practical, productivity-enhancing use cases
- Provide individual and group coaching
- Collect participant feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness
- Support internal multipliers with train-the-trainer (TtT) workshops and facilitated teach-backs
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering in-person and online trainings and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences
- Ability to engage groups, manage group dynamics, and create interactive learning environments
- Confident user of Microsoft 365, strong expertise in AI and automation, and experience demonstrating hands-on workflows
- Solid knowledge of adult education, instructional design, and curriculum development
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- High flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 70%) for onsite trainings delivered in German and English
- Experience with adoption frameworks, network building, and train-the-trainer programs is a plus
