Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting enterprise-wide AI initiatives
- Assist in translating business problems into AI-enabled solutions
- Participate in pod-based delivery teams focused on tangible operational outcomes (cost, quality, experience, compliance)
- Help validate AI outputs for accuracy, fairness, and regulatory alignment
- Document AI use cases, workflows, assumptions, and results to support adaptability
- Prepare summaries, dashboard, and presentations for leadership and governance forums
- Perform any other job related duties as requested.
Requirements
- High School or GED required
- Must be enrolled as a senior-level college student or recent graduate from a bachelor's degree program at an accredited institution
- Strong academic performance in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2.5 cumulative grade point average required
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques (e.g. machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, Java preferred
- Knowledge of relevant AI frameworks required
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an in-office environment and communicate with various teams
- Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
