About the role

  • Lead customer strategy for AI Agent implementations at Regal, managing deployment teams and ensuring impactful launches. Drive client success and operationalize AI technology for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer delivery from kickoff to go-live
  • Manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
  • Define success metrics for AI Agent deployments
  • Partner closely with Product, AI, and Customer Success teams
  • Define and continuously refine Regal’s playbook for implementation excellence
  • Drive growth by owning revenue-generating initiatives and expanding AI adoption
  • Expect to travel ~1 week per month for key customer launches

Requirements

  • 6–15 years of experience in technical, customer-facing, or product leadership roles
  • Experienced in managing enterprise customer deployments, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Commercially minded with understanding of successful deployments
  • Strong analytical skills to inform decisions, define success metrics
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Relentless ownership mindset and hands-on when needed
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, and light-coding experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
