- Educate stakeholders at all levels

- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business teams
- Conduct workshops, perform deep-dive analyses, and guide implementations
- Support sales efforts and share expertise inside and outside the company
- Report directly to the CEO
Requirements
- 3+ years working with AI/GenAI in a production environment
- Background as a software engineer, data scientist, or similar
- Hands-on knowledge with GenAI, ML, RAG, etc.
- Track record of taking complex data projects from zero to production
- Fluent translator between business goals and engineering realities
- Confident communicator, speaker and a natural leader, in Swedish and English
- MSc or PhD in Math, Engineering, Physics, or similar
- Interest in entrepreneurship and tech.
- Located in Stockholm
