Responsibilities
Build, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified meetings
Conduct qualification calls: 15-minute discovery calls to assess ICP fit
Work closely with the founder to refine our ideal customer profile
Attend relevant B2B events across the DACH region
Track meetings, SQLs, pipeline value, and conversion rates
Requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset with clear ownership, resilience, and a hunter mentality
3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound
Ideally experience at a DACH SaaS scale-up
Proven track record building a qualified pipeline from scratch
Confident use of modern AI and outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
Excellent written communication in German
Experience in enterprise sales (Heads of Sales, Marketing, Communications, Strategy) or in an AI/SaaS company with a horizontal use case
