Responsibilities
Manage and strategically develop assigned key accounts
Establish long-term business relationships with fleet partners
Acquire new partners through networks, referrals and market contacts
Provide operational support for new customers (onboarding, acting as the interface to internal teams)
Identify growth and upselling opportunities
Contribute to expansion projects in new cities
Coordinate with authorities and local partners on location-related matters
Support the optimization and digitalization of internal processes
Requirements
Experience in account management, business development, operations, or comparable roles
Ideally a background in mobility, logistics, or platform businesses
Initial experience in leading or coordinating teams is an advantage
Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
Interest in e-mobility and sustainable mobility solutions
Fluent German; English is a plus
