About the role
- Solicitor in DWF's Insurance Fraud team, managing high-value fraud claims and building client relationships with insurers. Engaging in litigation strategy and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on complex and high-value fraudulent claims, including motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents, and organised fraud rings.
- Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
- Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Fraud practice.
- Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
Requirements
- 0-4 years PQE with strong experience in insurance fraud litigation (claimant or defendant).
- A proven track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Commercial acumen and experience in delivering excellent client service.
- A proactive approach to file strategy, innovation, and cost management.
