- Werkstudent:in im Mandantenservice für die Verbraucherkanzlei BK Baumeister & Kollegen in Hannover oder Berlin. Unterstützung bei Kundenanfragen und Teamarbeit für Verbraucherschutz-Rechtsdienstleistungen.
Responsibilities
- Kommunikationstalent: Als freundliche:r, empathische:r Ansprechpartner:in bist Du für unsere Mandant:innen zuständig und stehst diesen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
- Multi-Tasking: Du behältst immer den Überblick, führst Telefonate mit den verschiedensten Mandant:innen und beantwortest auch E-Mail-Anfragen.
- Teamspirit: Gemeinsam sind wir stark und helfen uns gegenseitig. Daher arbeitest Du eng mit den anderen Teams im Unternehmen zusammen, um effektive Lösungen für unsere Mandant:innen zu finden und offene Fragen zu klären.

Requirements
- Du bist sehr kommunikativ, teamfähig und hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden? – Perfekt!
- Idealerweise studierst du im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften und hast neben Deinem Studium 20h pro Woche Zeit
- Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise besitzt Du erste Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung bzw. im Customer-Care-Bereich
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (minimum C1-Niveau)
