Requirements
- Be in the penultimate or final year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Interest in processes, workflow organization, and continuous improvement;
- Good communication, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive attitude;
- Prior experience with operational systems, ERPs, or management platforms (a plus);
- Experience in process control, request tracking, or administrative routines (a plus).
