Responsibilities
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers calling for support with their Sky equipment and Sky Protect policies.
You’ll handle warm inbound calls, guide customers with expert support, all while representing one of the UK’s most trusted brands.
Your shift patterns will rotate on a 6 week rota between our core opening hours of 8am and 8pm (Monday-Sunday).
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week and you will have two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch, allowing you to recharge and maintain your focus.
