Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management is desirable, or another qualification that enables project management, team coordination, control of requisitions, cost control, deadlines, targets, audit processes, numerical analysis, and KPI generation
- Experience with Windows, Excel, Lotus, Outlook, PowerPoint or similar
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector and/or offshore operations with ROVs
- English, at least intermediate (will be tested)

- Knowledge of project management guides and tools: PMBOK, Ishikawa (fishbone) diagram, PDCA cycle, SWOT analysis, Six Sigma, etc.

- Experience in cost control and management, risk management and the ability to make decisions
- Experience in managing project risks, costs, schedules and scope
- Experience with Research and Development (R&D)
