Responsibilities
Lead and manage global business excellence initiatives with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation
Analyze end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation and efficiency using modern process-mining tools
Act as a strategic business partner, provide expert advice, and contribute to departmental development
Initiate and lead sourcing automation projects, including implementation and optimization of relevant tools
Lead cross-functional project teams, set priorities, and ensure the sustainable implementation of improvement measures
Develop and implement best-practice models based on robust data analysis and system expertise
Document, standardize, and continuously improve processes to ensure operational excellence
Design and deliver training and change-management initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience in process analysis, design, and implementation in operational environments, ideally in sourcing or procurement
Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, or a related field
Proven ability to identify optimization opportunities in end-to-end processes and to translate insights into measurable improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with solid technical understanding
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (especially Source-to-Pay) and advanced Microsoft Office skills
Proficient with process-mining tools in a business context
Demonstrated project management experience implementing global processes, standards, and transformation initiatives
Fluent in German and English
