About the role

Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit im täglichen People-Business, z. B. Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten, Erstellung von Dokumenten und administrative HR-Aufgaben.
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung neuer Kolleg*innen sowie bei allgemeinen HR-Anfragen.
- Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten (z. B. Digitalisierung, Employee Experience, Arbeitsabläufe, interne Kommunikation).
- Erstellung kleinerer Auswertungen, Recherchen zu HR-Themen und Aufbereitung von Informationen für das People-Team.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen aus People Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition und anderen Fachbereichen.
Requirements
- Du bist immatrikulierter Studierender (z. B. BWL, Psychologie, HR/Personal, Recht, International Business oder ein verwandtes Fach).
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig und bringst Interesse an HR-Prozessen mit.
- Du kommunizierst klar und hast Freude an Teamarbeit und Serviceorientierung.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools ; Excel-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ; Niederländisch ist ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
