Responsibilities
Support for the technical onboarding of new merchants to our platform.
Perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
Assist in responding to partners' technical inquiries during onboarding and live operations.
Analyze existing partner integrations to identify optimization opportunities.
Contribute to the development and improvement of integration templates and processes.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and a positive seller experience.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑commerce, or a related field.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team member.
Some experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is desirable.
Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, product feeds) is a plus but not required.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on insights.
