About the role

Responsibilities
- You will take on management responsibilities for the projects we deliver for our clients.
- You will keep the overall solution in mind and support the client both technically and functionally with your in-depth expertise.
- You will plan, lead and steer projects using our project management tool.
- You will perform customization of the in-house DMS applications to each client setup and independently implement individual applications where required.
- You will provide customer support, consulting and training remotely or on-site during projects.
- After project completion you will continue to serve as the client's subject-matter contact in close cooperation with other departments (support, customer service).
Requirements
- Solid vocational training or a degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in (IT) project management or consulting, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Experience in the technical implementation and adaptation of solutions, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of Healthcare IT, current Microsoft operating systems, MS SQL and basic FHIR knowledge are advantageous
- Structured and independent working style, with good organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of motivation and team spirit
- Willingness to travel as required by projects
