HR Helpdesk Administrator managing Oracle HR Helpdesk Request system, liaising with teams and maintaining data integrity. Supporting HR Technology Manager and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the Oracle HR Helpdesk Request queue, ensuring all incoming queries are logged, prioritised, and routed appropriately.
Allocate and coordinate requests across the HR Operations and HR Technology teams, escalating issues when required.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather missing information, clarify requirements, or progress outstanding cases.
Maintain the accuracy and organisation of the helpdesk by updating records, closing resolved requests, and ensuring data integrity.
Track request statuses and follow up on overdue or stalled cases to support timely resolution.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Technology Manager, including reporting, documentation, and process updates related to the helpdesk system.
